George is absolutely a LIFE SAVER!

Background: Our original excavator pushed out our start date multiple times, without telling us, while avoiding our calls. This left us a very small window to complete the site-preparation for our home build and if we missed the deadline, we'd be hit with substantial price-increases from the builder (which we had no way to afford).
One call to George and one meeting on site and he personally assured us he'd have our lot ready. Did he get our lot ready? More like did he ever! Our lot was full of challenges, slopes, huge trees and without fail, PCE had everything completed, as stated, on time and for a competitive price. Additionally, he provided us with guidance and information that has dramatically improved our entire home build process.
George exudes professionalism, respect and compassion. His communication with us exceeded my expectations. He was there for us anytime we had a question. Rarely did he not immediately pick up his phone with a smile, but if he did miss a call because he was on a machine and couldn't hear/see my call or text or email, it was returned within an hour. I always look forward to talking to him, he's a great guy and it shows as he runs an amazing business.

George (Pacific Cascade Excavating) has helped us on two projects, with work on our septic tank and locating/repairing a water leak.For our septic tank he added a raised lid, replaced a pipe from house to tank & pumped it. He made quick work of it with great attention to detail, and was easy to work with; great communication.We called him again when the city let us know we likely had a water leak. He came out and helped locate the leak, and repair it, in 12 degree (snow-covered ground) weather, no less. He does a great job and just as before, communication, job site attention/clean-up and timeliness were top notch. Both projects were on budget with his estimates. We'll use him again, and most certainly recommend him!Great guy... Thanks George!
